Answer Key / Explanation : (b) -

I. Total candidates interviewed by 3 panels = 15

This already given in II.

II. Let  candidates be interviewed by C.

 Number of candidates interviewed by A = ()

  Number of candidates interviewed by B= ()

So, the number of candidates interviewed by A is 14.

So, II alone gives the answer while I alone does not.
