Clearly, L.H.S. figure of (B) when placed at position 1 and R.H.S. figure of (B) when placed at position 4 set up a relation between 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. The fig.(1) rotates 90º anticlockwise to give fig.(2) and similarly. fig.(3) rotates 90º anticlockwise to give fig.(4).

Hence (B) is the answer.
