Following are the conditions for selecting manager finance in an organisation

(i) be at least 30 yr and not more than 35 yr as on 1st Nov, 2009

(ii) be a graduate in any discipline with at least 55% marks

(iii) be a PG degree/diploma holder in management with finance specialisation with at least 60% marks.

(iv) have post qualification work experience of at least 6 yr in the finance department of an organisation.

(v) have secured at least 50% marks in preliminary interview

(vi) have secured at least 40% marks in the final interview

In the case of a candidate who satisfies all the above conditions except

(a) at (iv) above but has post qualification work experience of at least 3 yr as deputy manager in an organisation, his/her case is to be referred to VP-finance

(b) at (vi) above but has obtained at least 60% marks in the preliminary interview, his/her candidature is to be considered under ‘wait list’.
