Step I - the smaller number comes at the first from left and remaining lines towards right
Step II - the word coming last alphabetically comes at 2nd place from left and remaining lines towards right
Step III - second smallest number comes at the 3rd place from left and remaining lines towards right
Step IV - the word coming 2nd last alphabetically comes at the 4th position from left and remaining lines towards right. Thus numbers and words get arranged alternately till the numbers are in ascending order and the words are in reverse alphabetical order.
