Let present age of father, mother and son be  and  respectively.

Sum of present ages of father and son = (mother’s present age + 8 yrs.)

    yrs.      

Mother’s present age = (son’s present age + 22)

     … 

Solving  we get

Father’s age = 30 yrs.

Age of father after 4 yrs. = 30 + 4 = 34 yrs.

Required age of father = 34 yrs.
